Watford boss Walter Mazzarri admits the club will consider the option of recalling winger Steven Berghuis during next month's transfer window.
The Hornets have been decimated by a huge injury list with as many as ten players ruled out of Sunday's home game against Tottenham Hotspur.
Dutch international Berghuis has impressed for Feyenoord scoring four goals during the first half of the campaign.
With Nordin Amrabat and Adlene Guedioura heading for the Africa Cup of Nations, activating the recall clause is a tempting option and Mazzarri is open to every possibility.
The Italian said: “I’m very happy he’s doing very well in another league even if it’s a different competition to the Premier League.
"I will speak with the club and see what all the options are we have available for January.”
